Affordable Care Act

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) is the nation’s health reform law enacted in March 2010.

Centro De Salud Familiar La Fe has Certified Application Counselors at all the facilities ready to serve our patients in the process to enroll in the Affordable Care Act. Please call any of the clinics to make an appointment.

Services include:

  • Bilingual community outreach and education
  • Assistance for children and adults with Medicaid and the Texas Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
  • Assistance for community members eligible for Special Enrollment.
  • Reporting of any life changes in an existing application
