Community Alliance Promoting Educational Alternatives (CAPEA)
Community Alliance Promoting Education Alternatives (CAPEA) is a non profit corporation exempt under the IRS Code 501(c) (3). CAPEA was established to identify the communities cultural, social justice, health, education and human service needs and upon identifying the community needs they will be addressed by promoting, planning and coordinating educational alternatives such as teatros, forums, festivals, community events, health fairs and other cultural activities.
