Magoffin Park Villas

In 2011, the Magoffin Park Villas (MPV) — a multi-million dollar mixed-income housing development owned and built by Centro De Salud Holdings, Inc. — became the catalyst for the rebirth and redevelopment of El Paso’s Downtown sector.

The 91 unit complex quickly reached full capacity as an attractive and affordable housing option and was hailed as helping kickstart the movement to renovate our city’s historic Downtown area.

Residents at the MPV can literally walk to the Downtown business sector, area parks, the County or Federal Courthouse, City Hall, up-and-coming eateries, and other local landmarks.
